Contact form
When you send an enquiry we receive your name, email, message and, if you fill them in, your company and the service you are interested in. We use this solely to reply to you. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
The message reaches our inbox through Resend (Resend Inc., USA), which acts as our processor. If server-side sending is unavailable, the form opens your own email client and nothing passes through our server.
The form is protected from bots by Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare Inc.), which checks in the background that a human is sending the message. Cloudflare processes technical browser data for that, not the content of your message, and sets no cookies on our domain.
We keep enquiries for the duration of the conversation and a reasonable time after, at most two years, unless it turns into an engagement — then the retention rules for business records apply.
Cookieless analytics
To understand traffic we use PostHog (PostHog Inc.) with servers in the European Union, in cookieless mode. That means: no cookies, no local storage, no tracking across days or other sites, and we do not know who you are.
We record pages visited, browser, approximate country-level location and the referrer. A visitor is recognised within a single day through a one-way hash of the IP address and browser that cannot be reversed and stops being valid the next day. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing whether anyone reads this.
If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal, analytics does not run at all.
Why there is no cookie banner
Because there are no cookies. The only thing the site stores in your browser is your chosen language (HR or EN), in local storage, purely so you do not have to pick it every time. That is strictly necessary for the site to work and requires no consent.
Hosting and logs
We serve the site ourselves, from a virtual server rented from Contabo GmbH, Germany. Contabo acts as our processor: it provides the server, and our own software handles the requests on it.
We keep no access logs, so visits to the site are not recorded anywhere. The server records only errors (for example when the application does not respond), together with the IP address and technical details of the request that caused them. We use those records solely to fix problems.
When you send the contact form, the server keeps your IP address in memory for at most fifteen minutes, solely to limit how many messages can be sent, and never writes it down.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you can ask us to:
- show you the data we hold about you
- correct or delete it
- restrict processing or object to it
- hand it over in a machine-readable format
How to exercise them
Email info@acutis-tekton.com. We reply within a month. If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, Zagreb.
Changes
If we change tools or how we process data, we will update this page and the date at the top. Nothing changes retroactively.
