How it started
The agency had the design and a clear product idea, but no engineer to set the architecture and keep it consistent across web and mobile clients.
What we did
We set up the Python backend as the single source of truth and shared logic between the web and Android clients through Kotlin Multiplatform. One data model, two interfaces.
The result
The agency got a technical partner without hiring a senior, and the product got an architecture another team can pick up.
