How it started
Small businesses lose work to missed calls. Hiring someone just for the phone does not pay off.
What we did
The agent takes the call, recognises intent, writes the appointment into the calendar and forwards anything it does not understand to a human. The threshold is deliberately low — better to hand over than to guess wrong.
The result
Calls outside working hours no longer go unanswered.
